The Elder Collins Archive exists to preserve and share the sermons, teachings, writings, and prophetic ministry of Elder Kenneth R. Collins for historical accuracy and spiritual study.
All content featured on this site, including but not limited to sermons, audio, video, transcripts, and written works, is protected under United States Copyright Law (Title 17, U.S. Code) and other applicable international copyright laws.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All original works within this archive — whether digital or physical — are the sole property of The Elder Collins Archive, Kenneth R. Collins II and its legal representatives.
This includes:

  • Sermon recordings (audio and video)

  • Written notes, outlines, and books authored by Elder Kenneth R. Collins

  • All restored, digitized, or remastered versions of the above materials

  • Associated artwork, graphics, and designs related to Archive releases
